The BPE Specials Viewer, the first BPE tool to read Exported Data from the Beyond Protocol.

Planned Features
- Give the viewer the ability to save its own BPSI files (Beyond Protocol Specials Info).
- Have a full list of reaseach before hand, so imported data "Checks" the specials on the list.
- Benefits Overview: Looks at all the research items and summerises the top benefits.
